Job Description

With the ever-changing needs of this business, we need individuals who can easily adapt to change and like working in a fast-paced and challenging environment. We aim to develop individuals from entry-level roles to management positions and we always promote internally.

 

What will you do:

  • Outbound calling to customers to promote and sell TELUS products / services.
  • Meeting customers face to face once the business is fully resumed and providing correct product information and closing sales.
  • Educating Clients about all the equipments.
  • Focus on achieving daily sales targets (Individual and team targets)
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from outbound calling activity
  • Have a clear understanding of TELUS products and services.
  • Provide with correct information and make regular follow-ups with the customers.
  • Ensure all our customers’ needs are met through the professional, high-quality customer service solutions
  • Preparing contracts for clients and business.
  • Actively participate in day-to-day activities such as training sessions, mentoring, developing marketing strategies

Requirements

A valid Security Alarm Sales license is preferred.

A valid BC driver's License is preferred.

Pervious Sales Experience Preferred

Salary : $27.00 Job Location : Vancouver/British Columbia.

Job Description

What you will do:

  • Ensure all our customers’ needs are met through the professional, high-quality customer service solutions.
  • Maintain and grow Sales relationship with existing clients.
  • Assess market conditions and competitor activities and develop awareness of emerging market and trends.
  • Develop, implement and report on marketing plans and sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Provide Technical goods and service trainings to sales representatives whenever required.
  • Prepare Presentations, proposals and other materials for sales staff.
  • Encourage the sales staff by putting team targets to achieve the goals of the company.
  • Supervise the activities of other technical sales staff.
  • Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.

 

Requirements:

A University Degree/College diploma is required.

A Valid Security Alarm Sales license is required.

A Valid BC driver's License is required.

1-2 years of Sales experience is preferred.

Fluency in English is required.
